Health Certificates

If you plan on traveling, your pet may be required to have a health certificate depending on your destination. A health certificate is proof that your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations, disease free, and healthy enough to travel. We'll provide this document to you after performing a thorough exam and any necessary tests. Requirements differ from state to state, and airline to airline, so let our staff help take the stress off of traveling with your pet.

Certificates must be issued within ten (10) days of travel. Be sure to schedule an exam for a health certificate as soon as your travel dates are set. Two very important conditions of health certificates are that your pet must be at least eight weeks old, and fully weaned before traveling.
